Chaperones:
***Please understand that campers get first priority for beds so if we get to capacity, chaperones will be moved to waiting list***
First off, we are super excited that you have taken a week of your schedule to join your camper(s) at Camp Joy! We just want to make you aware of a few things…
-You are welcome to attend all the daily activities EXCEPT Small Group time. This time is just for campers and their leader/
-Please do not have food at camp…WE HAVE LOTS…And it is against the Health Department Regulations.
-We all want to let our momma and daddy mode kick in, but please don’t interfere with what is going on and if there is a problem that the staff is not handling, please come find John Evans and he will address it.
-Please do not let anyone (even your own students) use your phone! If they need to call home, we will do that in the office. Especially if they are sick, homesick or have made a decision while here. We want to be there for them so if they want to come back, they know we have their backs.
-Please help out in the kitchen or during shower time if you can. We only have a few volunteers, and they can always use another hand!
-You are responsible for your medications while here and will have a place for you to store it if you need it to be. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY CAMPERS MEDICINE WHILE YOU ARE HERE WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THEIR MEDICATIONS

- Praise & Worship June 22 – 26 (4th-12th Graders)
- Youth Week June 29 – July 3 (6th-12th Graders)
- Kids Week July 6 – June 10 (3rd – 5th Graders)
- Registration is $100
- $25 non refundable Deposit due at registration.

Registration balances are non refundable if cancelled less than 7 days before camp date

🔎A completed background check must be turned into camp no later than June 15 in order to stay at Camp Joy. Attached is a form for you to fill out and mail in. The results will be sent to us here at Camp Joy or if you have one less than 1 year old on file with your work or church you can email a copy to us to use. Click here for Background Check

Volunteers must be at least entering into their 9th grade year
DATES:
- Praise & Worship June 22 – 26
- Kids Week July 6 – June 10
- Kiddie Camp July 11-12
RATES:
- Registration is $100 per week or $50 for Kiddie Camp
- $25 non refundable Deposit per week due at registration.
